I have been given the "assignment" of finding some activities that I enjoy. As one of these activities I chose photography. So I decided to start a new series of blog posts featuring these photos with the hope that maybe you could experience some of the joy that God blesses me with through taking and seeing these photos.

{kids were here--evidence of bath night}

{so simple, yet a beautiful sight whenever I see it}

{Hannah's first haircut done by mom a couple days ago--3 1/2 years old}

{saved some curled clippings for her baby book}

{Such a blessing to get out my viola today and ended the time with some "real" alto clef viola music I had not played for several years}

{My Suzuki book from my senior year of high school--have not practiced or played this for about 16 years, could still hear the music in my mind as I played}

{so thankful for the blessing of being able to learn to play viola and for this beautiful [sounding] instrument I've had the joy of playing for the past 16+ years}

...for the joy of the Lord is your strength!
